About the Speaker
Cathy Allen owns and operates The Board Doctor, an organizational consulting firm for non-profit boards with extensive experience with the National Wildlife Refuge Association and many Refuge Friends groups. Cathy is also a board member for the Friends of the Carr Refuge.
